1. Data controller

Auxeso Labs, a French simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder (SASU) registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 109 668 657, with its registered office at 12 Villa Camus, 94100 Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, France. Contact: contact form.

2. This website

The Auxeso Labs corporate website is a showcase. It does not create user accounts, sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies and sends no data to ad networks.

The contact form collects your name, email address, and the subject and content of your message. This information is sent to us by email so that we can reply, and is not stored on the website's server. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures. Retention period: the time needed to handle your request, followed by limited archiving where the law requires it.

To limit abuse, a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address is kept on the server for up to one hour, then deleted. No third-party filtering service is used.

3. Job applications

Applications received through the contact form are used only to assess a possible hire. They are kept for up to 24 months unless you agree otherwise.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, use the contact form or write to the registered office above.
